All of our extracurricular activities are included in our fee.
Enrichment & British Values
We offer a diverse extracurricular program led by subject specialists to help children explore new skills and passions. These experiences foster confidence, curiosity, and determination. Our Yüme Values work hand-in-hand with British Values across the curriculum. We take pride in supporting each child’s growth through meaningful enrichment.
Yüme Extras
Yüme Wandsworth offers children an enhanced learning experience, combining the fundamentals of EYFS with extra-curricular sessions that promote their physical development, areas of interest and knowledge. Please see below an example of what we have to offer:
- 3 – 4 years old
Twice a month.
Children are immersed in explorations and challenges in Nature.
2 – 4 years old
Once a week
Introduction to ballet, promoting good balance, coordination and expression through dance.
2 - 4 years old
Once a week
In collaboration with a Sports coach offering basketball, football, volleyball, golf, and other sports.
3 months - 4 years old
Monday to Friday (every day)
Designed around the seven strands of the EYFS curriculum to link children to everyday learning.
2 - 4 years old
Once a week
Exploratory activities with different learning outcomes related to science, technology, engineering and maths.
3 – 4 years old | Once a week
Children are introduced to tennis by a specialist coach to support coordination, balance, and motor skill development through fun and engaging activities.
15 months – 2.5 years old | Once a week
This session encourages early movement and teamwork as toddlers enjoy age-appropriate football games that enhance physical development and social interaction.
By offering a rich and varied extracurricular program, we aim to inspire our children to explore new horizons, develop valuable life skills, and cultivate a lifelong love for learning. We take great pride in providing these opportunities to our children and witnessing their growth and achievements in these extracurricular endeavours.
Our enrichment activities (extra-curricular) are taught by subject specialists to expose our children to new and valuable experiences.
British Values are woven across the curriculum in partnership with our own Yüme Values, providing children with the tools of self-confidence, determination, and curiosity.

Outdoor Learning
We are passionate about providing children with enriching Outdoor Learning experiences that foster a deep appreciation for the natural world.
Our Outdoor Learning program offers exciting opportunities for children to engage with the environment through daily outings, twice a day, to the community, including Wandsworth Park and the picturesque Riverside Thames. These outings provide a chance for children to explore and connect with their local surroundings.
We also organise educational visits to various places of interest, such as the local library and fire station, where children can broaden their knowledge and understanding of the world around them.
Our dedicated educators ensure that regular planning is linked to nature-based learning, creating meaningful and engaging activities that harness the power of the outdoors. From identifying local flora and fauna to hands-on experiments and nature-inspired arts and crafts, our Outdoor Learning program nurtures children’s curiosity, physical coordination, problem-solving abilities, and fosters a strong sense of connection with the natural environment.
Through these experiences, children develop a lifelong love for the outdoors, a respect for their community, and a thirst for knowledge
Forest School
We are proud to offer an enriching Forest School program that provides unique learning experiences for children of all ages, starting from 3 years old.
Our little explorers eagerly await their Forest School adventures as they hop onto our mini-bus, accompanied by experienced Forest School educators. They embark on regular excursions to a nearby woodland, where they are introduced to the wonders of nature.
Inspired by the principles of Forest School philosophy, our engaging activities foster a deep connection with the natural environment and promote holistic development.
From building dens and tracking wildlife to engaging in imaginative play amidst the trees, our Forest School program encourages curiosity, creativity, and resilience in our young learners. With the forest as their classroom, our children develop essential skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the natural world.
